Patients Without Insurance Cash patients will be charged according to a sliding fee scale based on income. We encourage all uninsured patients to apply for Medi-Cal or Medicare. Many patients may not qualify for Medi-Cal or Medicare but for other programs, which will assist in paying for their care.
