Patients With Insurance
The clinic accepts most private insurances, Medi-Cal and
Medicare, and we do bill directly to insurances on your behalf.
Private Plans Accepted
We are preferred providers for the following plans:
- Blue Shield PPO and HMO
- Blue Cross PPO
- Guardian Dental Insurance
- MetLife
- Healthy Families
We accept all PPO insurance. Please check with your insurance company
to see if they will provide coverage if you come to our clinic and what
the limits of that coverage are. We will bill any PPO plan on your behalf,
regardless of whether we are preferred providers or not.
MEDICARE
We accept Medicare patients. We will bill
on your behalf.
Medi-Cal
Residents of Santa Barbara County will be enrolled
thru the Santa Barbara Regional Health Authority. We can best serve
you if you select SYTHC as your primary provider. If we are not your
primary provider we must have a Referral from your primary physician
to come to our clinic. You can contact SBRHA
to change your primary provider if you wish.
Residents of other counties with Medi-Cal
can be seen here. We can contact your primary insurance provider to
obtain permission to treat you.
